Moh’s micrographic surgery

Moh’s micrographic surgery is a precise, microsurgical technique that minimizes the chances for skin cancer re-growth and reduces the potential for scarring and disfigurement.  It is the most advanced and effective treatment procedure for skin cancers such as basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma as well as for early-stage melanoma.  Performed as an outpatient procedure, it has one of the lowest recurrence rates of any skin cancer removal technique.
